Optimizing Initiative

I had a link to a handbook that was about optimizing initiative, but I seem to have failed to copy it in my recent reformatting. I think it was on the Wizards CO forums, can someone help me find it?

Failing that, I would love some general tips for incresing my initiative as much as I can (without interfering too much with my other features).

The character is a Cleric/Ordained Champion/Sacred Fist, but I would like ideas for characters in general.

I suggest one day you have some free time, you do a search into the BG handbook subforum, it is really useful. I have bookmarked most of the handbooks that I use regularly or that I just like.

I have about 10-15 handbooks saved in my D&D folder, but that's a good idea.
