I was wondering if someone could help me find a web comic, I remember it making fun of the critical hit ratio in pokemon happening most often when the opponent has very little HP left.

I'm not sure. I don't think that ever happened in Super Effective, but it's been a while. I could be wrong.

Anyway, do you remember much else? Was it a sprite comic? Do you remember what region it took place in? The main one I remember that hasn't been mentioned already is Pokemon-X.

EDIT: Just remembered the existence of Nuzlocke Comics. I only know about that one because it's the origin of the Nuzlocke Challenge, so I have absolutely no idea if it ever includes your joke.
