    Elimination: The alignment with the fewest first places loses, and anyone who ranked it as their first choice has their vote reassigned to their second choice.

    The bad thing with choosing natural armor from 0 to 10 is, that if one voter wants 0 and another one wants 5, the one with 5 says: 10, and gets exactly what he wants while the one who wants 0 does not get this at all. Hm, let's hope, nobody makes such tactical voting. I for myself vote:

    Natural Armor 0

    No Hivemind: full intelligence until the last pedal drops.

    And just an idea: If it was a deflection bonus, it could have a deflection bonus of Charisma modifier +1 or something

    Heh heh, this time, I'm not averaging them together, because that favors the center. I'm applying a error correcting function which shifts the vote away from the center, to make things a tad more fair.

    Could we add the option of hivemind, but when it reaches the hive mind threshold, it's shapechange ability goes into overdrive, transforming it into a Limit Mode-esque form? That would be interesting because it would require one set of tactics before transforming, then a completely new set afterward.

    What happens when it shapeshifts is a later phase...in fact, it is after the next phase
