first homebrew: skin puppet (PEACH)

The basic idea of this is a construct that wears the skin of a humanoid, making it able to take on the creatures/persons personality. they can be equiped with a secret arsonary of weapons making them good assasins/infiltraitors

Since this creature can take the form of any creature I have decided to use it as a template. the stats above can be used for before it takes the form of a humanoid.

the template has to have the same size and specefied attribute (in the assimulation). The type is changed to construct.
HD
Drop all HD and get change to d10 and give it 16 (seems a bit round about but still)
speed
30ft (6 squares), if the creature could fly it no longer can.
AC
Add this as natural armour
Small +10 AC
Medium +11 AC
Large +12 AC
BAB
3/4 HD
Hidden mechanisms
I had intended to have various upgrades for theskin puppet such as hidden blades and spinal wepons. I will add these when I have the time.

Now that I look at it again the health/damage reduction seem a bit generous but then again i've never played a lv 8 plus game.

Why does it have 16 HD but only a +3 to attack? Did you forget its base attack?
