Looking for someone who can draw

Hey all i was wondering if i can be really cheaky and ask if someone can draw me a character picture?

Whats needed is a halfling rogue with a rapier, the design of outfit n the like is up to you, he needs to be stood next to a bush of sum sort holding a carrot and there needs to be lightning in the sky. perferably looking out of the page at the viewer a bit shocked like hes been caught doing somthing he shouldnt have.

I know it sounds wierd but hes a recurring joke/epic dps character.

I would ask in the Arts and Crafts board. They've got loads of artists.
