I am playing around with Swashbuckler ACFs (the Class Ability Equivalents chart I made helps), and I'm trying to mix & match abilities to make something interesting.

I figure this one needs more of an explanation...

People are fond of pointing out that the Lucky Class Feature is much like the Luck Domain Granted Power, and lame because its something a 1st level Cleric could do.

I figure that, following the trade-out method I'm doing here, a Domain Granted Power is worth a Domain Granted Power, and picked something more suited to my playstyle & preferences.

Now...this variant isn't technically any more powerful, but it is more focused on two roles. The first is being a better Two-Weapon Fighter, provided I pick up the right Feats. Pounce is a HUGE ability to gain with this style, and the Shield of Blades and Swift and Deadly abilities support it nicely.

The second is being a sort of chatty character, in order to try and talk my way in-to or out-of the right situations. The Seduction ability is nice, and honestly right up my alley, letting me parody the genre & use alternative methods of solving problems. Soothing Voice plays into this further, giving me the bonus to Diplomacy & having a 1/day ability to snap people out of undesirable conditions (I imagine a quick 1-liner worthy of a Bruce Willis movie).

Modify Daring Outlaw a little, to let Arcane Stunt work in place of Grace, and I could be good.

How does this look? Is this something that you'd allow in your games (I'm thinking about including it in mine)?
