    Dragon Fire Adept, exactly what you need, its also effective and fun to play! Pretty much a breathy Warlock but a bit higher on the power scale.

    In 3.5 there are two classes that have a breath weapon: Dragonfire Adept and Dragon Shaman. The DFA is the more effective class for most purposes.
