Bogha Beasties are the spawn of joy. When a celestial has a burst of pure, undiluted happiness, a Bogha Beastie is born on the material plane. It defends itself against evil by manipulating color and light, which it can do with uncanny ease.

Combat
Bogha Beasties only attack when severely provoked, and will usually try to incapacitate their opponents instead of killing them.
Shapechange: A Bogha Beastie can assume the shape of any small, medium, or large animal. In animal form, it loses its natural attacks, but gains any natural attacks the animal form would have. It retains the use of its spell-like abilities, and remains rainbow-colored.
Spell-Like Abilities: At will-- Flare (DC 15), Dancing Lights, Color Spray (DC 16), Blur (self only), Hypnotic Pattern (DC 17); 1/day-- Prismatic Spray (DC 22), Prismatic Wall (DC 23). Caster level 15th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.
