That build that i can't seem to find

i remember a little while back I saw a thread. It wasn't on this site, or if it was it was archived, because all the posts were white text boxes. Anyways, what I'm looking for is a certain build. Basically, the gist of this build was they you were a half-ogre wielding a shield. You have dungeoncrasher, and warhulk, as well as the feat knockback and another feat to stun enemies unless they made a fortitude save every time they were hit with your shield. which was all the time, since the shield was your only weapon.

does anybody know about the build I'm talking about? can anybody direct me to it?
