Thanks Rich! Very clever banter in this one.

I was kinda worried that Belkar might forget to use the kobold's head for something awful, but then I remembered that he didn't wait for the kobold to die first, this time around.

Oh well. I say good riddance.

Heh. Sometimes I have fun by keeping track of how often I see media misapplying the concept of karma. It might make a good drinking game for some works.

Running out in to the open? When the opponent has elevation? Unexpected. It makes some sense, all things considered, but I don't think it plays to the Order's tactical advantage. I'm anxious to see what comes of this.

I think they're going to get on the carpet and take the fight to Nale.

And so ends the tale of Yukyuk. He died as he lived: Silently

...you know, in retrospect, I really should have realized that. Thanks for taking the time to point out what should have been obvious.

It's sub-optimal, but still much better than what they've got going on right now. I guess the big question now is: who is currently in possession of the Ring of Jumping +20?

Yes, it doesn't play with the Order's tactical advantage, but their problem is that they don't know where is Vaarsuivius. Roy thinks she's outside, maybe invisible, and doesn't want to risk having the wizard killed by retreating. Had he known V is inside the pyramid, the decision would probably have been different.

Not that again... there is absolutely zero, none, zilch doubt that Belkar had recuperated his ring at the first opportunity. Pretending otherwise has stopped being funny long ago.
