Timeline Role-Playing Game [Looking for Title]

Hey all! I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.

A few months ago, I read about a roleplaying game where a bunch of folks sit around a table and basically create a timeline for a particular fantasy world. They have the ability to zoom into and out of particular moments in the history of that setting, and there are rules about constructing a story.

Does anyone know the game I'm talking about? I'd really like to get my hands on it, but I can't even remember the name...
