The following is about this ^ thing.

So! I'm trying to redesign this concept as a plot-related NPC (not a combat, but combat stats are needed anyways). I know I want to gut psionics, since I don't quite know how psionics work. I'd be putting it back at sorcerous casting, most likely, but I'm unsure.

Any suggestions at all are welcome/encouraged, including changing the name to something else.

It is a bit vague what would be the dragons role overall to comment on a redesign.
If foe I would suggest making the age advancement of breath weaponn temporary (gain back years everyday). If ally then I think their time flux ( i.e. time travel) and spells and all the fluff is enough to make it more than interesting.

Anyways, I like the concept of a time/space dragon, I just want to rebuild it a bit. Starting with scrapping the psionics for some other type of casting, but which kind of casting? No idea what to pick.

I'd suggest finding a Truenaming fix here on the forums and run with that. A workable Trunamer dragon would be pretty cool, and would fit with the background of the Time Dragon, since they are "directly tied to the fabric of reality" and all that.

Oh, new idea! Remove this part about the breath weapon "If the subject progresses an age category due to this breath weapon, then it gains no mental bonuses from the progression, acrueing penalties as normal", and make it the patron deity of Venerable Dragonwrought Kobolds!
