Class Abilities: The following are all class abilities of the Metamorph.

Proficiencies: Metamorphs are proficient with all weapons, armors and shields.

Bonus Feat: At every level, Metamorphs gain a floating feat. These feats may be any feat they qualify for. As floating feats, these feats may be changed by spending one day per feat to change in study, practice and meditation. If you change a feat that is being used as a prerequisite in this way, you lose access to all feats that require it until you either change it back or change the feat that required it to something else.

Additionally, levels in this class count as levels of Fighter for the purpose of qualifying for feats.

Metamorphic Pools: Every Metamorph gains access to three pools of points. Each pool is listed below. You may not use the points distributed from any of these pools to qualify for feats or classes. Distibution of points is done each morning in an hour long ritual unique to each Metamorph. Points distributed last for 24 hours, then are gone until the Metamorph sleeps for at least 8 hours to recover lost points. All bonuses granted by these pools are untyped.

Hit or Miss Pool: This pool is a pool of points you may distribute between your three base saves and your BAB. Each point added increases the chosen save or your BAB by one. Points added to your BAB in this fashion do not add iteratives to your attack, they only increase your chance to hit. You may not distribute more than half of this pool into any one save or your BAB at a given time.

Stats Pool: This pool is a pool of points you may distribute between your six base ability scores. Each point added increases the stat you put it in by one. Points added to Con add to your max HP in the same way that the Con bonus from a Barbarian's Rage do. You may not distribute more than half of this pool into any one stat at a given time.

Skills Pool: This pool is a pool of points you may distribute between your skills. Each point added increases the skill you put it in by one, unless the skill is not a class skill, in which case every two points added increases the skill by one. You may only apply this bonus to skills you have ranks in. You may only put up to one quarter of this pool into any one skill at a given time.

Absurdly skewed numbers but no class features? This is really not a good idea. If nothing else, the pools need to be much smaller.

Yeah, um... it's... a slightly better version of the Fighter, I guess? Probably technically T3, but in a boring way-- numbers and feats do not a fun class make. Also probably a broken way-- can you imagine using this class for an ubercharger build (free +10 BAB to trade away)? A diplomacy monster (+90 on top of your ranks)?

It probably doesn't need 20 floating feats-- are there even that many good feats for the average warrior? Most players will probably just take a lot of Martial Study.

If you want to keep the Hit or Miss pool, you should probably start with all poor saves and BAB, and the option to boost them up to full using the pool. The Stat and Skill pools need to be much smaller, and the Skill pool in particular needs limits on how many ranks you can put in any one skill.

Most importantly, it needs class features. Leveling up is only really interesting when you get new spells or class features. This class doesn't get a single such thing in all 20 levels-- just bigger and bigger numbers.

You could assign the pools in such a way as to do any other class's job better than them, except for spellcasters. And then you can just switch out.

Not going to go well, I predict.

More class features are definitely needed.

What is this class supposed to be? They're basically colorless and flavorless, shifting numbers with nothing attached.

    A Jack-Of-All trades or a Shifting Specialist?

Goal was something of a Fighter fix, with some jack-of-all-trades thrown in for good measure.

Have you looked at my last fighter fix? It uses a vaguely similar mechanic to this thing. Only not so extreme.

I hadn't seen that, but it looks interesting. I also have another friend who had some ideas for this, so expect to see some updates to this (with actual class skills (OMG)).

I was hoping for something more like this based on your title.
