Wondrous Items for under 200gp!

Here's one from a long while back:

Tailor's Thimble

This appears to be an ordinary brass thimble, but close inspection reveals constantly shifting stitching patterns in the metal.

When a tailor's thimble is worn on a finger and passed over a piece of damaged cloth, the cloth is repaired perfectly, as though it had never been torn. Additionally, the thimble can be used to fuse two pieces of the same type of cloth together seamlessly at their edges.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, mending.

(From SRD) Each of these items is a small feather that has a power to suit a special need. The kinds of tokens are described below. Each token is usable once. A particular feather token has no specific features to identify it unless its magic aura is viewed—even tokens with identical powers can be wildly different in appearance.

Shelter: A token that creates a three-sided wooden shelter sufficient to sleep eight horses, thirty-two medium creatures, or any equivalent combination. The shelter lasts for 12 hours.

Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, major creation.
Cost to Create: 60 gp, 1 day.

Anyone got any more? Ideas: A cheap weapon crystal that lets you grab your weapon from up to 5 feet away, but only as fast as you normally can draw. A Command (or Fear, or Reduce Person) Arrow, balanced against the Sleep Arrow.

Flint and Tinder of Safe Camping: Any fire made with this flint and tinder will not spread beyond 5 feet from the initial location.

Cloak of Dispersion: Imbued with a vampire's gaseous powers, this cloak turns the wearer partially gaseous when at the brink of death, granting DR 5/magic against any attack that would otherwise kill the wearer.

Bedroll of Awareness: The penalty on Listen checks to wake up while sleeping in this bedroll are halved (reduced to only -10).

Lesser Storm Chaser's Cloak: The wearer gains a +5 resistance bonus on saves against wind effects and natural lightning.

Why is caster level 12 for Feather Token, Shelter? A 9th level caster could make one that lasted 18 hours (2 hours per level). Methinks the Item Creation stuff is off in the SRD and DMG.

All feather tokens are listed at CL 12th, and their durations vary from 1 hour to 8 hours to 1 day to permanent.

This thick parchment appears utterly ordinary.

A deceitful parchment appears to have different content when read by different people. When created, it is blank. Once something is written on it, the writer can designate which being the words they have written can be seen by. If they wish, they can write up to five total pages, each readable by only one being or by all other beings.

A deceitful parchment cannot be used as a scroll, or as a receptacle for any magical effect such as explosive runes. A true seeing spell reveals all writing on the parchment, but not the person who was intended to read it.
