Prerequisite: Long Hair feat
Benefit: Your voluminous and perfect hair grants you the carrying capacity of a creature one size category larger.

You have long and lustrous hair...which strikes fear in your enemies
Prerequisites:Long Hair Feat, Charisma 16, Intimidate 9 ranks
Benefit: You gain the use of the frightful presence ability. Whenever you attack or charge, all opponents within a 30-foot radius of you who have fewer Hit Dice than you become Frightened for a number of rounds equal to 1d6+your Charisma modifier. This effect is negated by a successful Will save (DC 10 + ½ your character level + your Charisma modifier). A successful save indicated that the opponent is immune to your frightful presence for 24 hours. This ability can’t affect creatures with an Intelligence of 3 or lower.

I based this off the Frightful Presence feat in Draconomicon.

Frathe, Cipher, this may be stating what is already obvious to both of you, but "hoary" merely means whitehaired with age. It has the same root as the word hoarfrost.
