No way is Quickness "minor", in any sense. An extra action per turn? That's huge. I wouldn't give that in a minor bloodline.

Have you considered what would happen with a spellcaster + quickness? You might want to reconsider. In Pathfinder quickness was nerfed to a move action.

Yes, that may be high level, but minor bloodlines don't provide that much. Here are some examples of the powers received at Level 16 from minor bloodlines. Notice that they are all much less useful than Quickness.

Celestial-Protection from evil 1/day (Sp)-Equivalent to a once per day Level 1 Cleric Spell
Demon-Resistance to electricity 5 (Ex)-How often to you get electricity attacks against you?
Devil-Darkness 1/day (Sp)-Equivalent to a once per day Level 2 Wiz/Clr/Brd spell

At Level 16 it's not too bad. I will point out that the bloodlines in UA are pretty craptastic, and shouldn't be compared to. I'd grab Welk's lists for a better comp.

Hey, a couple other people have made some (myself included (I made an anti-bloodline, really)); Welknair is just the one who gets attention for it (because his are good, if a bit... imbalanced between them.)

And besides, no one has a monopoly on homebrewing things. No one.

Hey, I don't have anything else to base my standards off of. No offense, but what I judge the "normal" baseline is generally based more on official published material than on what someone on the internet has made.. though I realize UA stuff is often unbalanced. But if we don't work from WotC's material as a common base, what are we even doing here?
