Help with my campain enemies.

So, I need help making a few homebrews from my setting in 3.5

I want to make an enemy based around using a falcon as her animal companion but also uses it for battle. Another enemy I was thinking of is a caster who can change into a large sized spider. I have ideas for this but I will need help to make them well. I'm not that well skilled on 3.5 or any system and it is my first time DMing a game. So if anyone wants to help with with making these enemies, I would really appreciate the help

You could have a ranger of fourth or higher level with a hawk or eagle as an animal companion for the first one.

For the second one, I'd suggest a were-spider, by modifying the lycanthrope template so that it can also apply to creatures of the vermin type (like spiders), and then just applying it as normal. That might work.
