Some of my art
Just a few draws that I wanted to show, they are only in scetch levels but work well as concept art for my ideas
Rosalva, Goddess of Justice, former goddess of peace.
Half-Elfs with Fey heritage (Satyr and Nymph)
Members of the Poison Paraelemental-Guild (Water and Dark): Clockwise, an Skullslime, a Viperwhip and a Ofidoid.
Iron Fist Goblin from the Smoke Paraelemental-Guild (Fire and Air)
Another group from the Smoke Guild, A Furnaceheart Dragon, another Irofist goblin and a MissileGolbin.
Again the smoke guild. Walking Furnaces. they are shooters with flametrowers.
Arcanus: God of Secrets and Knowledge. The one who knows, the one who hides.
Rocasta: Lesser Deity of Rocs and Storms, and "Saint patron" of the island of the same name.

Re: Some of my art
Not bad, but your hand is unsteady. Also, watch you're knees, particularily on the first drawing.
Did you draw these with a pen alone? I find that it's easier to get better results by drawing things in pencil first, before inking.

Re: Some of my art
I really like them!
I'm not an artist, but it does look to me like they are sketched and then inked. Some of the lines are a little shaky but I like the details and composition.

Re: Some of my art
"Unsteady" means that your lines are not straight when they should be.
Anyway, I assume that is a result of your scanner, rather than the actual quality of the image.
Nice stuff.

Re: Some of my art
Thanks again, I have a problem with the pen that I use to cover it =P.
Also, for a example, I think that the first draws is no more than 10cm (4 inches) high in real life, so you get how much small they are =p

Re: Some of my art
i prefer bridgemans guides to anatomy, even though it is a bit gestural.
any artist guide to anatomy is good. usually cheap at twelve or so bucks.
nothing beats drawing from life. if you are going for a stylized, cartoonish image youve got to start by getting a grasp on the realistic interpretation of the form.

The first time any man's freedom is trodden on, we're all damaged.

Bluelantern, I'm not an artist, but I can't believe how you've made that Boar look so gracefull, especially the first one, and the third one in flight! I really can't get the hang of animals, so I take my hat off to you, big time!

I can't draw animals. Period.
The human on top of the left boar needs work. Other than that, nice.

Re: Some of my art
Pfft, I love them, you don't need to have perfect anatomy. Not every fantasy picture should look like Boris Vallejo. I love the lines, and the smoke guild is so incredible, I'm jealous I didn't draw it. An artist can always improve, but keep drawing how you want, stay creative, and realism be damned.
What a fun, sexy time for you!

Re: Some of my art
A base sketch is still a work of art. I should know. I've only gone beyond it a few times, but I still call a lot of my stuff art (then again, I believe I am alone in that view in most cases). Try coloring, though. When inking, shading's tough, but coloring looks nice. That is, it's easier to shade color than black and white when using ink.
Shut up! I'm tired! Go do more art, or something,

Re: Some of my art
The robots are from a history that I imagined, it is essencially the obvious combination of Neo genesis Evangelion+Star Trek+Matrix
The Cybernetic Pied Piper (I never thougth in him that way) is from another sci-fi world. I specially Liked the scene with all the rats behind him
Thanks for your time and posts \o/
EDIT:
New work, I made it today
They are from the ooze/mud/plants guild, member of the anphibian race. The one with a spear is a normal anphibian an the rest are mutants caused by polution, for the ones that aren't bored yet. let me explain from left to rigth there is a:
*verdant - can camouflage with the simbiotic plants that grow in his back.
*Colossus - great strength.
*Enguian - full aquatic, but with eletric powers
*Spiked - a "dry" anphibian, can stay away longer from the water.
*fartongue - the name say it all
They are the dominant races of the guild, but not the only, there is several other beings, like the secluded Wild Elves, but the majority of the rest of the guild is a bunch of capitalist pigs. literally >.<
thanks for you time, again.
EDIT2:
The migthy river paladin
The Boarmen

What did you use to color that half-elf drawing? Have you considered the advantages of computer coloring?

Re: Some of my art
I liked the amphibian composition the best--that looked very nice and was well put together.
The river paladin, meh. Not so much.
I liked the boar men, though. Maybe a little cleanup on them but otherwise they looked good!

Re: Some of my art
Yes, I was realy inspired, I think I could make a poster with that. It is hard to me to concentrate in one work, or have a enough evolved Idea to make a group like that.
Nobody Liked the river paladin T-T. But I must agree with them, some other Time I try to make it bigger and better. Make a picture with Anphibians and Boarmen.
Funny thing is that the photobucket made the picture bigger than the Anphibian groups, in real life the Boarmen picture is half of the size of the group . That I was a quick draw only so I could scan it and show how they looked like
I did it with color pencil, but I definetily aren't going to repeat that experience again, at least not with this drawning. =P
Well, think Like this. Some people take notes, I draw. Please don't be nervous
Thanks again ^_^
So guys, can you help me with another thing?
Well I have problems with names, and I need one to the "12 guilds Rpg World". It is the world where most of the drawning come from, Like the name says there is 12 factions, based in the power 12 paraelements and quasi-elements (magma, ice, thunder, etc.) the 6 elements (the 4 normal and ligth and darkness) "died" and there is no longer pure elemental magic, and recently 3 new powers appeared in the world, the 3 "paradox" that combine the opposite elements ligth/darkness, earth/air and fire/water.
So any Ideas to a name for this rpg world ?

Re: Some of my art
You want a name for the world, or specific continents or something?
I like this site: http://www.seventhsanctum.com/index-sett.php
A good deal of it is just funny, time-wasting stuff, but a lot of it sparks the imagination.

Re: Some of my art
I will take a look, so far I call it "Paradox War" as working title.
More work!
First from the magma guild, the migthy Firefist Ogre/Ciclops. He is essencially a "living siege" weapon, thanks to warlock magic one of his arms is made of living magma, and is a powerfull weapon against building, but a little slow for combat. He has his legs covered because that is his weakest poing. The rune in his belly is the source of his power.
A Wolfdancer from the Ice Guild, fights a orc from the magma.
A ulfsark from Ice Guild, another warrior from magma.
