Help me with my fursona?

Okay, my fursona is a red panda with dragon wings and the lower half of a horse. It's got a tail with a mouth (it bites!). I've got the class figured out, but not how to stat out the race. Here's the picture.

I would like the tail to do some form of acid damage in it's bite, if at all possible. Please and thank you!

Some parts of her body are Bio-Luminescent. (I may add more later. ._.)

What sort of ECL/LA do you want to have for it? What sort of role do you want it to play? What kind of abilities do you want it to have?

I've actually written a modular creature template that could do it for about +1.5 LA but that might be a bit high for what you're looking for.

I was thinking about 4-5 LA.
She has lots of parts to her that are glowing, so I was thinking maybe have an ability similar to the Gloaming in the Forgotten Realms setting (on/off when needed, provides a light source).
Probably a bonus to charisma, a penalty to strength, a decent run (is 40 to much?), and a boost to jump is really all I can think of.

I'm the DM of the campaign she plays in (hi FallingSnow!), and I think this is pretty darn awesome. One thing I would like to ask though: would it be possible to get a variation of this that's more... animalistic? Walks on all fours and what-not. She's been wanting to play as a ranger or druid, and it gave her and I both the idea of having one as an animal companion. If it isn't, I completely understand, but I figured I'd ask for her

As a monster, yes.

If it has that many HD it will be an advanced druid companion, I might make a baby version as well that can age with the character...

I guess I'm a bit too late to help out here (Mentalist's excellent 'brew has beaten me to it), but I saw the OP and the Pathfinder Race Builder jumped immediately to mind. You choose a whole bunch of racial traits, each of which has a quantifiable power level, and it can let you tune your race to exactly the power level you want.
