Temple of Thor
An imposing polished marble building sits next to the Town Hall. In front is a gold statue of Thor, wielding an extended warhammer. Inside are stained glass windows of dwarven lore, and a golden altar with diamonds and rubies and emeralds and sapphires set in. There are stone ale fountains on the sides of the wall, serving Powerale, straight from Valhalla. If you descend the stairs, you can see the High Priest's living quarters, and the Priest barracks. There is also a Sanctuary with an entrance off the street, and a weapons training facility. The temple was built to be indestructible, and it cannot be destroyed by mortal means.
-------------------------------------------------------------
High Priest Gaven stands in front of the temple, admiring it.

Re: Temple of Thor
The dwarven corpses arrive at the temple, repeating K'shakh's speech before his "death," word for word, in an emotionless drone as they march to the temple. They make no attack, no threat; merely march and stare blankly out, repeating K'shakh's dark tidings.

Re: Temple of Thor
The undead reach the threshold of the temple, stop marching, and their voices rise in volume until they're louder than the average human can yell, in perfect unison, uttering the speech over and over.

Re: Temple of Thor
The re-animated dwarves fall in mass before the arrows of their former kin, making no attempt, still, to attack or defend themselves. The mindless zombies of dwarves merely rise in volume until even the decreased number of wails begin to drown out all other noise. The message is repeated, over and over, condemning the dwarven muder and assault of innocent goblins and laughing at their ideals of themselves as good when they are genocidal.

Re: Temple of Thor
(
No, its definately part of Mozarts Requiem.
How do I know?
The parts of the Requiem we sang were those only written by him. Remembering he died before he completed it and his apprentices finnished it.)

Re: Temple of Thor
(It would have been an arrangement of it then. There are many, many, many, many Mozart arrangements.)

Re: Temple of Thor
The goblin infiltrator sneaks his way to the record room. Is it guarded?
Meanwhile, a pair of cloaked figures, deep halflings by the look of things, approaches in a cart laden with crates of foodstuff.
((seeing as how the war ended, both the goblin and the cart of foodstuff leave))
((after, of course, the goblin spy steals a bunch of important record.))

Re: Temple of Thor
Vespe walks up to the front."Hmm, free ale you say?" He says. He enters.
He walks through the great halls. "Hello? Anyone there? He wanders for a while.
He leaves the temple, after searching for 25 minutes and not finding anyone.Last edited by Vespe Ratavo; 2007-01-13 at 05:23 PM.
