Updates to monster builder

I've added features to my Monster Builder. Specifically, it now calculates recommended CRs four ways and recognizes most relevant feats. Enjoy.

I don't have easy access to a Windows box, so I can't really investigate this. Presumably I'm using some bit of javascript it doesn't support. If you can figure out what it is, I can try to work around it. Alternatively, download firefox or chrome.

As for the actual features, I'll whip something up and see what it's like in use. At a first glance it seems pretty nice - at the very least, it removes the threat of forgetting a line in the stat block.

=head makes sense for tables that *have a header row*. If I wrote a class builder, I would certainly use it. It doesn't make any sense here. Look at the example result earlier in the thread. Why should size/type be a different color?

The header should be the name of the creature; and please change Level Adjustment to an em dash since that looks bad and probably violates the ToS on this board.
