Looking for non-magical improvements to items
I'm going to be running a low-magic campaign setting and I'm looking for ways to beef up mundane items. I found a neat list here that grants mundane bonuses to masterwork weapons and armor. What I'm looking for is a way to add to this list. Has anyone homebrewed anything like this?

War of the Lance. Master base class. Craft focus. I will suggest increasing the cost by at least x3. Still 3rd party; but better than most stuff on the site you linked.

Seerow's stuff on this is pretty cool.
Projects: Homebrew, Gentlemen's Agreement, DMPCs, Forbidden Knowledge safety, and Top Ten Worst. Also, Quotes and RACSD are good.
