Not extremely. Well okay most nights sleep is my mortal enemy, but at least I take a day every now and again to nap...
Hey, just because I like the game and know how it works doesn't mean I am any good at it. But if that is as Finny wishes, I will not press the matter. Hi hi Zodi! I wish you the best with your attempts to acquire a new job!

I miss playing chess. I was never that good, but it was fun, even if everyone I know is either so far below my skill level that I feel bad demolishing them, or makes me feel that bad at it as they effortlessly tear me apart. =3
...reminds me, we need to play Go again sometime. =3Cobra Avatar by the lovely Miss Nobody.

So I just took steps to have my parents both admitted into a skilled nursing facility... Feeling pretty sad about this right now.

Dude, it's FULL METAL ALCHEMIST.
That's like saying "2001 a Space Odyssey is just a space movie, how good could it be?"
What I mean is that Full Metal Alchemist is one of the BETTER examples of shounen anime and manga. It's REALLY damn good.
Be sure to visit um!

Re: Dallas-Dakota's Dastardly and Devious Dancing Debate of Random Banter #198
How has the getting better part been going? Not feeling as groggy as before, I assume? Also, yay! I'm excited for you. =3 Working at a book store sounds fun, I did a day of work experience in one back in school in 8th grade (was a required thing).
Now, now! You should get some proper sleep under your belt as well! No tired or sleep deprived Halpals allowed!
Damned be go!
*throws the stones to the wall*
Strength to you, and your parents. Must not be easy... Sigh, I wonder when the time for my own folk would come. Even thinking about my grandparents who will face this probably in the coming 10-20 years, hmmh...

Re: Dallas-Dakota's Dastardly and Devious Dancing Debate of Random Banter #198
I know what you mean Zodi.
I'm not exactly the best artist in the world, but when my mother wanted to start a local business to sell chicken eggs, she pulled me into what was probably my first job to draw an advertisement (and of course I had to draw a chicken). But thank goodness that happened only once a couple years ago (I think).
Now and days, I got into this volunteer thing going on every 2-3 days a week where I have to help around with a storehouse. On my first day on Tuesday, I started off with helping someone stocking shelves. And on Thursday, I had to get my hands on different jobs (getting the stuff that needed to be stocked, taking out the garbage, rearranging the supplies in the back so it'll be easier and faster to get, etc).
And the funny thing was that after my mother picked me up when I was done, we went over to this store that sold maps and a bunch of educational playthings for kids. And guess what? I found boxes of individual dice (from D6's to D20's), and each of the "gaming dice" were for 40 cents each!
But we ended up getting some "math dice" with math symbols (the basic add, subtract, divide, and multiply symbols). I didn't want to speak up because I'm afraid my mother would get angry at me about spending money on "junk for games". Well, her money anyways, since I now have my debit card in my room. But there was stuff in there that would've been useful for game designing: dice, game pawns, and blank playing cards.
Next time, I'm bringing my own money.
ION: I almost forgot............. Good morning everybody!

Feeling much better! I'm done my antibiotics tomorrow, then we can start flushing my ear! The world is gonna sound so weird...
Yha, I'm actually helping Mom now by working at her bar, doing dishes and helping with the cooking. It really helps, apparently! But I want to get a job that isn't directly attached to her so I can pay money from outside the family as rent, so as to help with the bills and stuff.
Good morning =D

Re: Dallas-Dakota's Dastardly and Devious Dancing Debate of Random Banter #198
Aww I am very sorry for that. I guess if you had to...agreeing with others, you should definitely visit them if you can. I wonder if it will ever have to be that way for my mom...I've really never considered it before.
You just earned some major awesome points in my book Zodiac. I freakin love FMA.
Halpals...hehe I like this. Well I will try what I can but not sure what I can promise. At the very least I should sleep well this weekend, going down to see family today until Tuesday. I should be able to sleep plenty.
Good morning Drake! It's morning here at least. Sounds like you have had an interesting sort of work experience so far. All I've done in my life is a couple fast food jobs but hey, work is money. Unemployed at the moment, this should be fixed soon.
Otherwise to everybody, as I believe I maybe said before and know I said above, I am going to see my family in the nearest city. On the plus side, get to watch Kick-Ass 2 and hang out with my mom and little brother. On the down side there is no internet access there unless I find a library nearby, which is somewhat unlikely. So I will not be back here until late Tuesday. Sorry dear friends but that is just how it is to be. ...On the lower down side I just learned last night that my other younger brother moved back in with our mom recently so I will see him. Our last conversation was...unpleasant, and I am still angry at him for saying some other things that greatly upset my grandma. So either wish me luck with a peaceful reconciliation with him, or wish for me to have the strength and restraint to not snap his arm this weekend. *crosses fingers for luck*

Full Metal Alchemist is one of the best manga, and it's further proof to me that women should do more Shounen stuff (the mangaka is a women). Also, you should REALLY read the series she's currently doing, Silver Spoon. It's amazing.
...Oof, sounds harsh. Good luck and have fun.
