As to my questions about modifying domain spells and propositions for the other domains I'm looking at getting? [All fit in portfolio wise, just checking to make sure they're fine. Staying away from planning due to overlap considering SLA's won't be at will any more.]

I take it our demiplanes are the size of our divine realms at max? If so, are we using outer plane or material plane numbers? [Not much affect now, but it may be important later].

180 foot radius flat demiplane (assume the sky above it is a perfect dome).
Totally featureless. Functions as per the Genesis spell except you cannot set any time differences from the main table chamber.

Ok, next questions:
-What entrences are there? If there's only the one in and out from the room, can I 'lock' it? [And similarly, can I lock any other entrances that are already present?]
-Does this plane have a etheral plane look alike for using abilities that rely on it? [Particularly planeshift only to there and back, in the form of a Xill's]
-Can I use a Gate SLA from my demiplane to the dream plane?
-Can I get rough numbers as to roughly how many times we can use our divine SLA's? I'd like to summon some things if I can lock the plane. After I set it as my Divine Realm, which prevents others gating into it.

A lot of those are dependent on the stuff I have yet to remake. But you only have one entrance. It has no door, but you may add one attached to any structure on the inside.

Spells function the same in your realm as they do in the main chamber.

As much as I enjoy the pantheons company, I have other matters to attend to. His tone is monotone and dreary and it is very difficult to detect the sarcasm in his voice

My original proposal was predicated on incorrect information: namely, that changing rulership on a routine basis would be in anyway practical.
Regardless, other than the rulership provision, my proposal stands as a starting point. I believe we're waiting for alternate proposals.

I think we should first however search for other deities, and perhaps attempt to convince them to abide by our charter, or they could aid their nations in more direct and aggressive ways.

Sophia spends some time working on a revised document.

I believe I adjusted it appropriately. I removed the provision for automatic leadership change. I also added a line that explicitly states that our worshipers and priests are not bound by our restrictions.

Thirst re-enters the throne room. His personal realm appears through the doorway as a permanent empty grayness with ash falling from the sky and soft cries of pain, anguish and emotional torment making it through into the room. When he steps into the throne room his door-way goes black and silent.

He nods at the other Gods, acknowledging their presence, and almost solemnly and reluctantly re-takes his throne. Reaching out thirst silently indicates he would like to see Sophia's document. After receiving it and it over for a while he nods.

This is coming along well. I think this would make good grounds for our governance. I have no objections to the current charter.
However you should add that that the executive - myself currently - counts as three votes in assembly votes and the executive must appoint another of opposed goals - Sophia in this case - as a second executive who holds two votes in assembly votes. This way the executive cannot be easily usurped and has the power to control and direct their own wishes, but the assembly maintains some balance should the power be abused against the best interests of the world. Note also that the goals of the executive and assembly should always be the preservation of this world and it's rules above and beyond our own power.
Do that, and with no further objections I will sign.
Thirst finished. Seeming to almost sigh as he completed his requests.

I find those requests acceptable. With a gesture, She shifts and expands the document. I've added them to Article 4, excepting the revised statement of goals, which I added to the Preamble. Well, specifically, I stated that our primary goal is the preservation of this world. I see its laws as merely a means to that end.

Preservation of the world? Does this include its inhabitants, sentient or otherwise, animal or otherwise? Are we to save all of them, protect every piece of land every tiny stone, even against things from this world. Or do you merely mean to protect it against other threats that may occur?

To merely keep it existing. No individual rock or life form is of any particular value. But for this world to spin through the void for all eternity without facing it's own destruction.

A gray-white egg, flecked with little spots of all sorts of colors, cracks open revealing a gray-white humanoid, who is entirely featureless. And then there's a mouth on its face. And a pair of pitch black eyes. Deciding that this was good enough for now it grabs the staff from the remains of the egg, and decides to clothe itself with the modest robe, also from the egg. It could go without the attire, but it might be off-putting to whoever else might be here. Speaking of here, Kyrrus looks around with curiosity and has a hunger to explore wherever here is.

Fascinating, Inautia states, studying the young god as it emerges. Another joins our pantheon. Tell me youngling, who are you? What are you?

The newborn god looks around warily, and walks forward cautiously, but seems to have accepted the invitation. At each step he takes his form changes in it some way; an eyeball here, some scales there, and a few spots somewhere else. "I am Kyrrus, and what I am is whatever form strikes my fancy at a particular moment." The warping process observed as it was approaching still continues while it talks and afterwards. "What about you?"
