An ECL 20 NPC gets 220,000 gp; an ECL 20 PC gets 760,000 gp. Character class has nothing to do with it.

Wealth-by-level isn't in the SRD either. (For NPCs or for PCs.) It's a useful reference for people who have the books and know how the game works, but it sure is no replacement for the actual books.

Can someone explain to me why slaads are considered "product identity" for Wizards? Kuo-toa too. Maybe somebody at Wizards read Shadow Over Innsmouth and decided that any walking frogs or toads were just the coolest thing ever. Of course since Mr. Lovecraft came first and kuo-toa are just deep ones, isn't it a little weird for Wizards to do this?

Anyway, why does it matter? They'd be idiots to release everything in the SRD. They need to make money, you know. Game companies don't get government subsidies yet, as far as I know.
