Epic monster characters

I want to know if anyone out there has figured out the ECL of a Balor, Pit-fiend and Solar. I remember hearing somewhere they for sure figured out the Solar's ECL but I can't remember/have never really seen it. And if it does exist I want to know if they did the same for Balors and Pit fiends.

Edit: Maybe if anyone has the ECL's of other cool higher-level monsters. Those would be cool too.

About ECL 30, for Pit-Fiends, apparently, but the Wizards site seems to be down at the moment so I can't check.

The reason I ask for these is because I wanted to take a shot at making epic level monster classes but I'm really not good at it, so as a second request; Could someone help me evenly distribute the ability score adjustments for these guys? If I get that done I think the rest will come more easily.
