New Spell: Anvil of Clicheness
I came to the idea of this new spell because a friend in my gaming group always asks the dm "can't there just fall an anvil on top of their heads?" when we are in big trouble, so now he can research this spell:
Anvil of Clicheness
Conjuration
Level: Sor/Wiz 2
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Effect: One or more Anvils
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Ref negates
Spell Resistance: No
A mighty anvil apears right above the targets head. You may drop one anvil, plus one additional anvil for every four levels beyond 3rd (to a maximum of three anvils at 11th level). Each anvil can be negated by a succesfull reflex save and deals 4d6 points of Bludgeoning damage.
The anvils may be dropped above the same or different targets, but all Anvils must be dropped above targets within 30 feet of each other and are dropped simultaneously
I used Scorching ray as base spell, it's just a flavor spell.

Shouldn't this be in Homebrew?

Yes, it should.
About the spell, though, it's pretty much a slightly altered version of Scorching Ray.I am the golden shadow. I am the Ninja Chocobo
