"Woolbritches" Halfling

A primitive tribal race of halflings that survive through tending large flocks of extra-planar sheep and wear only loincloths made of sheep-skins.
They prefer to cooperate and ambush their enemies with volleys of poisoned darts before closing in with their mind blades for melee.

• +2 Dexterity, -2 Wisdom.
• Small: As a Small creature, a "Woolbritches" Halfling gains a +1 size bonus to Armor Class, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on Hide checks, but she uses smaller weapons than humans use, and her lifting and carrying limits are three-quarters of those of a Medium character.
• "Woolbritches" Halfling base land speed is 20 feet.
• +2 racial bonus on Climb, Jump, Listen, Hide and Move Silently checks.
• +1 racial bonus on attack rolls with blowguns and thrown spears.
• Weapon Proficiency: "Woolbritches" Halflings receive Exotic Weapon Proficiency - Blowgun as a bonus feat
• Poison Use: "Woolbritches" Halflings use poison extensively for defence and ceremonial use, and as a result never poison themselves when applying poison to a weapon or when using a poisoned weapon in combat.
• +2 racial bonus on Fortitude saving throws against poison.
• Naturally Psionic: "Woolbritches" Halflings gain 2 bonus power points at 1st level. This benefit does not grant them the ability to manifest powers unless they gain that ability through another source, such as levels in a psionic class.
• Automatic Languages: Halfling. Bonus Languages: Elven, Sylvan, Terran
• Favored Class: Soulknife.
