It seems the evil powers are already getting the best of you. If you kill my servant, Kyrian, you make it complete. Of course, I'd rather you didn't kill him as I have work for him to do. But as I said: sometimes it is one's duty to lay down one's life.

Unless you mean that you intend to come to the celestial realms and attack me directly. That would be most unwise, and you would find the hands of all the gods of good turned against you.

Kratos bursts out of the tavern with the librarian close behind and Greeny behind her.

"Aeri, where are yoooooooou?" the cub howls, before laughing and running off up the street. The librarian and Greeny pause to wait for Michael.

Karl's eyes go vacant for a moment, and his voice sounds more like it used to

He cuts off, and two more presences can be felt

Tyr, Bahamutte, I call you both to witness to see what this upstart Kyrian is doing: I have empowered this servant of mine, marked for my glory from before birth, with my power. Kyrian thinks that just because he has a friendly relationship with the boy's mother, he can somehow demand that I not carry out my plans. I might be more sympathetic if Kyrian was actually related to the boy, but as it stands, he has no true claim.

I demand that Kyrian be brought to justice.

Karl's eyes stop glowing, and all three presences depart. He falls to his knees trermbling and crying.

For a moment, both Greeny and the librarian stop and frown, their eyes looking into a distance that is not defined by geography. Then, Greeny shakes his head and the librarian folds her arms.

A slightly humanoid looking toad, which is very large for one, enters the town through the gates and wanders trhough town for a while.
