can you help me finding a blog?

some time ago (few monthes?) someone posted here a blog/site/whatever about roleplaying games, which (that time) talked about staying underground for a long time. it was very helpful and i used it in my group i dm, but after my tablet was stolen i just can't find the site or the post in here. google failed me, and i can't find a search option here in the forums.

does anyone know what i'm talking about? the only other thing i remember about the site is that im pretty sure the owner's avatar was of a psyduck (the pokemon).
