    Yeah every time we roll initiative I will designate someone to shift up to half their speed, as part of my Battlefront Shift power. The trigger is "roll initiative" so it will happen every encounter

    Just an extra +2 (power bonus) to initiative from his theme. Wasn't someone wearing a helmet that gives allies an (item) initiative bonus, or was that me considering it that I'm thinking of?

    My old helmet did but after I readjusted with the proper magic items, it doesn't anymore.

    Encounter map and tracker are here.

    Put all buffs and debuffs in the Notes section.

    In your row, put buffs that apply to you; for example if Hakka used a buff that lasts until the end of his next turn on himself, it would be put in as "Buff" [Mechanic] (Hakka EonT 3).

    Similarly, if you buff an ally, you would put it in their row: "Buff" [Mechanic] (Kriv EoE).

    Debuffs work prety much the same way - put it in the row of the opponent you're applying it to: "Debuff" [Mechanic] (DEN SE) for one that lasts til the enemy saves.

    Marks, Divine Sanction, etc. should all be applied in this way.

    Mark [-2 att. others] (DEN EonT 3) is an example of DEN's Fighter mark that ends at the end of his turn in round 3.

    Auras work like this: You put the aura in your field, then put Aura (Draj) or whatever in the affected enemy's field. So if you had an Aura 3 that lasted until the end of the encounter that made bloodied enemies take extra damage, you would put something like Lifestealer [Aura 3, +6 dmg vs bld] (Draj EoE) and then on the row of the enemy put Aura (Draj).

    Fair enough! You haven't yet detected any enemies and are not yet in combat, but you shouldn't be moving "narratively" so to speak. Does that help?

    DEN, for example, has moved 5 squares forward.

    Also, I'm assuming you mean the large tree. Huge is 3x3, I think.

    EDIT: Yes, you've got the idea. I'm just doing it this way so nobody feels like I stuck them somewhere they didn't want to be.

    EDIT 2: Just to clarify, you are not yet taking turns or using things like Battlefront Shift. I just want people to say what squares they're moving to rather than things like "I go over to the big tree."

    You know, now that I think about it this may not work as I wanted.

    So tell you what, I'll move Hakka, Sathris, Viktor and Draj one "turn" of movement, so that everyone has moved approximately the same distance, and then we'll go from there.

    I was approaching this with a bit more of a P&P mindset, where it's easy to move your mini around to show where you want to go, but I think in the future I will stick to having people tell me where they want to go and then I will move them appropriately while out of combat. Seems like that will speed things up.

    If you have any issues with this arrangement ("Nighgaun7, you always put me on top of the pit trap!" ) let me know.

    Lol, I was about ready to have Draj say screw it, double run (with a higher base move than the rest of you) to the big tree with Chamelion's Mask. (Arcana-as-stealth 1/encounter)
    But I guess a double move is close enough.

    I'm still View-only. Not that I mind if you want to make all the changes yourself, but that wasn't the impression I got. :P

    The only thing I have that you need to keep in mind is the constant +4 to AC against OAs and another +4 to all defenses against OAs while he uses Deft Strike.

    Meanwhile Sathris is very surprised.

    But I had already predicted the carnivorous treants. :P
