Ok, so I need an idea for levels for the final encounter in a campaign im planning. There's a half-fiend warlock, and two ogre barbarian bodyguards. What levels should these be to make a CR 18 for 4 18th level characters?

Why would you make it EL 18? (Not CR. Monsters have CR, encounters have EL.) That's the sort of encounter 4 18th-level characters are supposed to breeze through, expending maybe 20% of their resources.

You'll want EL 22. A CR 20 warlock (17th-level, +3 CR from half-fiend) and two CR 18 ogres (15th-level barbarians) would do the trick.
