Uhm, campaign journals. Where do they go?

I've seen campaign journals in both the general roleplaying games section and in some of the individual sections so I THINK (and I could be completely wrong here don't take this as fact) that it can be placed in the 4e section...again I could be wrong I haven't looked into campaign journals much.

The Mod Wonder: You can put a 4e campaign journal in either the General Roleplaying forum or the 4e forum.
