BoVD is all about making a character or a creature the most despicable thing you can think of. And worse, they gain strength from doing these evil deeds. Personally, I read through the BoVD PrC's and found them lackluster. But if you are looking for ideas for evil PrC's, all you need to do is think of one or two specific evil actions, i.e torture, murder ... and maybe some things socially considered ... just plain weird.

Here's some ideas of the top of my head ... whether or not they've been done or are plausible is irrelevant.

-PrC that requires the character to drink demon/devil's blood, slowly transforming them into a demon/devil

-Torturer PrC that inflicts so much pain they incapacitate their opponents.

-Psionic PrC that gains thralls, similar to a mindflayer, but in a different many (I.e Powers, sex, rituals, contracts etc). Anything other than eating brains, although that could work too now that I think about it.

Well, I once made a PrC-only cleric domain of Murder, and the granted power was the sacrificial strike: once per day, you can coup de grace someone who is flatfooted rather than helpless. It may not have been a great idea, but I wanted the players to actually be in danger of getting killed...
