Again, the similarities between bald and scarred guy and Roy are striking. It's interesting to see lord Shojo occasionally revealing his inner veneer of being a very tough negotiator.

Heheh. Got a good laugh out of the punchline. Throw in a tiny bit of story movement, a bit of character development on this "O-chul", and an interesting misstep on Shojo's part that may come back to bite him someday, and you've got a recipe for a good strip.

poor O-Chul.. despite my dislike of paladins, i don't think anybody deserves to have to suffer cleaning the rear-end of their boss's gastro-suffering pet animal.. hell. and yet.. my sympathy doesn't extend far enough to offer ass-istance.. ^-^ tee hee. [uh.. sorry. my bad. (Oo) don't hit me!]

Not bad but mostly a filler. Not Giant's best work, even though couple nice character moments on Shojo. Still, overall, I'd say that one was below average by OOTS standard - no interesting plot turns, no really good one-liners, amusing but not hilarious situations. Hopefully leading somewhere.

Yes, it may be filler, but I LOVE Haley's look with her smiling and sticking her tongue out! I guess it's a good thing that Shojo is not lawful and will hold them, but I do pity the jail and jailers. They have a poor track record in this strip.
