For my campaign, I got my players whole new races to play with. Are those balanced?

Humans - get their usual feat and skill.
Lizarfolk - +2 strength, +2 wisdom, -2 dexterity, +1 to all saving throws.
Kobolds - +2 dexterity, +2 charisma, -2 strength, +1 natural armor.
Illithid - +2 intelligence, +2 wisdom, -2 charisma, meditate instead of sleeping, proficient with all blunt weapons.
Orcs - +2 to stat of player's choice, diehard feat as a bonus.
