    Dirt's spear catches the monster in the gut. Blood rushes out of it, but it appears unfazed. A moment later, the Paladin's blade takes the woman in the neck, and she falls dead at his feet. Her force dagger fights on, slashing at the druid, but once again failing to penetrate his ironwood body.

    On the far side of the battlefield, Ephien continues to flee.

    Trygg glanced back, considering his options, wondering if he should try to stop the runners from getting away, and then looked forwards once again. The women had already been felled by the Paladin, leaving only the two gray monsters and his companions seemed to be handling them pretty well. So the dragonborn turned back and strode after those fleeing, loosing a bolt of arcane energy at Ephien's back as he said. "I suggest you stop running, you won't be getting very far."

    Hyacinth seems, at first, to flee back into the canopy, but then she somehow stands out through the leaves, the shadows congealing around her next bolt as it flies.

    Trygg's bolt hits Efan square in the back and he falls to the ground, either dead or dying. The archer once again lunges at Trygg, catching him under the arm with another fist.

    Hyacinth's bolt and Martha's teeth sink into the monster. Blood flies from it, but it doesn't seem to notice or care. It lashes out at the dragon, barely managing to catch her across the back, while its companion connects another against Dirt.

    Across the battlefield, the centaurs and the blonde woman flee out of sight, while the swordsman continues to do nothing. Jopin, however, seems to find some courage, charging the monster nearest to him. His dagger connects, and blood spurts from its wound.

    Dirt's spear and Martha's fangs strike the monster, and Martha's right claw catches it in the arm, after it narrowly avoids her other claw. The paladin's blade catches the other monster, tearing a great chuck of flesh from its side. Despite the severity of their wounds, the monsters seem only barely aware of them.

    "Would you please stop that? I don't want to have to blast you as well." Trygg said in annoyance to the archer that was trying to beat him unconcious. Ignoring him, he made his way over to Ephien and knelt down next to him, doing his best to make sure he would stabilze and not die. He was only trying to get him to stop running, not to actually kill him. Killing an unarmed man as they ran away was not something he wanted to be known for doing.

    The archer pauses his assault of Trygg, remaining where he stands. He sneers at the warforged, but says nothing, apparently reluctant to attack while Trygg tends Ephien's wounds. As Trygg examines the summoner, he finds a faint pulse. Luckily, Ephien's wounds are fairly obvious, and the warforged is able to treat them with only a minimum of difficulty.

    On the other side of the battlefield, the two hulking monsters lash out at those who had just injured them, slamming their limbs against Martha and the Paladin. Fortunately, Martha's natural toughness and the Paladin's armor allow them to shrug off the blows. Jopin slashes at the monster with his dagger again, but he strikes too timidly, and it fails to penetrate the monsters skin.

    The swordsmen continues to watch the battle, doing nothing.

    No one takes any damage! All the npcs who were splitting up your turns are somehow rendered dead/unconscious, so everyone can post their action now! Hooray!

    Also, note that I shifted the map a few square to the right to show Trygg and Ephien.

    Trygg did what he could for Ephien, but his healing knowledge was limited. Still, he shouldn't die, and the warforged stood up, turning to face the archer. "So, now you can attempt to attack me after I just tended to an ally, and eat a face full of arcane energy." As he spoke, he lifted up a hand, sparks dancing across it as he summoned up an elderitc blast, though not using it. "Or, you can stand aside, and see if you can further tend to your friend as I go and help my allies. The choice is yours."

    Dirt's spear sinks into the monster once more, followed by Martha's teeth and claws. Her last strike fells the beast, and it sinks to the ground in a pool of its own blood. The paladin's sword is followed by Hyacinth's crossbow bolts. All connect with the beast, and blood flows out of it, but it stays standing.

    On the other side of the battle field, the archer eyes Trygg's hand warily. "Friend. Bah." he spits on the ground, but doesn't move to attack, and keeps his eyes on the warlock.

    The one remaining monster smashes its bloated limbs against the paladin with such force that even through all his armor and supernatural toughness, he can feel his body shudder. Jopin slashes at the monster once more, but he fails to connect.

    Trygg shrugged at this dismissive reply, saying. "Companion then, whatever you desire to call him." Looking over to the battlefield he frowned, as with everyone surrounding the others, it was hard to find a good place to strike, and he wasn't the best at firing into melee. At least at this angle. And position... with a small sigh of annoyance, he teleported. Shifting through space and time to appear around 40ft above the current enemy. His wings coming out to catch himself and allow himself to slow his descent.

    Dirt's spear takes the creature in the gut. Martha's bite causes it to wobble for a moment, the her final slash sends it to the ground, where the hideous creature lays in a growing pool of it's own blood.

    Jopin looks distastefully at the creature, then begins to back away slowly. On the far side of the battle the swordsman looks at the party and monsters without much expression. The archer sneers at the group, but says nothing.
