If you find that template useful, then it has done its job.

Yeah, tables without borders can do some neat things. If you have some concrete questions/ideas I will try to help you with that.

Here is the revised spellcaster class table. The only change has been to the width, which has been changed to 712.

Thanks for the input (and sorry for the late reply - was kinda busy the last few days), but I don't really see a reason to change the width. It is a pretty minor change, and with other content another width might be more appropriate anyway. Or is there any actual reason why a width of 712 is better than 750?

The only reason is legibility- the end of the table is obscured if the width is longer than 712 pixels. For some reason the maximum observable width seems to be slowly getting smaller.

I have no problems with both versions. Even on my mobile phone I see them fine. Though I need to scroll for both if I want to access the right side.

So I think weather or not the complete table fits the screen is dependent on screen resolution and whether or the side panel is displayed.

And yes a smaller tables fits for more possible resolutions, but a smaller tables could get problematic on more zoom settings or with different fonts. Unless there isn't a concret reason it is only a random parameter (I haven't tested, but maybe the table works even without a width, but maybe then it could result in new lines inside cells).
