Need help creating new 'Animal Companion Starting Statistics' for Pathfinder.

I've asked for this before without any success. So I'm trying again.

I could use some help making some Animal Companion Starting Statistics for Pathfinder if anyone knows how to do them. This is the same system for starting statistics that the PF Druid uses to create animal companions.

I'm wanting to simulate the Hippogriff Animal Companion that the Hippogriff Rider gets here:

But I would like to make Starting Statistics for these Magical Beasts:

Griffon
Pegasus
Unicorn
Sea Cat
Worg
Ethyk (stats located here: Ethyk 3.5
Elven Hound (Races of the Wild pg 189)

I'd use Roc for stats.

Other animal companions you may think up probably would use similar stats to examples listed.
