looking for a d20 book
Any book in D20/AD&D that has rules for mass combats.
Alternatively, any other RPG game that also has mass combat rules (but not one that is based on mass combat alone)

Re: looking for a d20 book
I have heard that Heroes of Battle has rules for that sort of thing.

It is a joyful thing indeed to hold intimate converse with a man after one’s own heart, chatting without reserve about things of interest or the fleeting topics of the world; but such, alas, are few and far between.

Heroes of Battle is worth the money. I've run a few games with it for a war campaign, and my group loves it.
Get thee to a nunnery!!!!

You might try the miniatures handbook as well.

Re: looking for a d20 book
I've not looked at it, but there is also Cry Havoc from Malhovak Press. Here's a link... http://http://www.montecook.com/cgi-bin/page.cgi?mpress_Havoc
If you go to DriveThruRpg or RPGnow I'm sure you can find several options.
My current personal favorite game system is Exalted by White Wolf and the 2nd edition does have mass combat rules, but we have not used them.

Re: looking for a d20 book
Another good book is Black Company setting from Green Ronin - they had rules for battles on company scale and on army scale.
Three are the paths of soul:
One out - roam across the plain,
One back - dwell with the tribe and tent,
One in - turn an enemy's hate.
