PC friendly gnoll and flind

Well my idea is to replace their horrid humanoid rhd with gnoll racial class/paragon class(unlike other paragon classes they are a must tho but useful instead of dead levels).

Gnoll = same as before xcpt must take 3 lvls gnoll paragon instead of 2 useless humanoid rhd.

Flind = same as before xcpt 3 gnoll paragon instead of rhd.

Gnoll paragon

Req = gnoll or flind race

Hd d10/d8 if elder path

Class skills: listen, spot, intimidate, jump, survival and climb.

Skills per level 2 + int * 4 at 1st level.

Level BaB Fort Ref Will
1st. +1 +2 +0 +0 warrior/elder path +1 nat AC
2nd. +2 +3 +0 +0 scent, fighter feat or +1 caster
3rd. +3 +3 +1 +1 +2 str or +2 wis +1 caster

Warrior path = d10, scent, fighter feat and +2 str, +1 nat AC

Elder path = d8, scent, +2 wis and +1 cleric or druid spell progression at levels 2 and 3 (if you take elder path, choose druid and at ecl 6 pick druid lvl 1 you have caster level and spells as a 3rd level druid). + add concentration as class skill.

Any thoughts is welcome and i challenge everyone to reply with own ideas for 2-3 rhd monster race paragon class exchange levels. :)
