    If by Warlock you mean the class described in Complete Arcane, the closest thing to what you are looking for that comes to mind is this. It also contains the fey theme, and it is very good flavor-wise.

    Otherwise, if you just want a cold-themed gish with a set of fun abilities have a look here.
