Quick question regarding 1 round casting time for spells: at the beginning of my next round, can I move first, target the spell, then have a standard action? Or do I have to target the spell, then proceed with normal move/standard/full round actions?

My interpretation is the latter. The spell comes into effect and is targeted in the following round just prior to your turn and your normal actions starting.

A spell that takes 1 round to cast is a full-round action. It comes into effect just before the beginning of your turn in the round after you began casting the spell. You then act normally after the spell is completed.

Spells like Sleep can be a nuisance in that regard - things line up nicely when you start casting, then there's a full round of actions and all of a sudden you've got allies in the area of affect or the enemies have moved out of your line of sight, and you've wasted a round, a spell, or both.

True. I guess the dampening effect is intended, but I'll leave it to smarter minds than mine to mull that over. At least it's reciprocal, so when the NPC's start casting similarly lengthy spells the party will scatter.

After all that Anthony's +4 leading the attack bonus means you confirm without the AP anyway.

If your attack is successful, your allies gain a +4 morale bonus on attack rolls for 1 round against the creature you hit.

So, actually, it's not that good. The expectation was that Savin might go after the warrior instead of after the sleeping rat. As is, the maneuver had no effect on the battle.

I think his delayed damage pool keeps him conscious for now though?

Probably just a typo/creative license on my part. I can't view the rolls on my mobile for some reason, but it only took one more hit to take down the wererat.

Quite a lot of loot is not yet marked as "sold" or not even appraised, so a nominal (equal) share of gold will be considerably more than 600gp per person. Your real share of gold will be less if you take more gear or more if you take less gear. Everyone is to get an equal "gear + gold" share. In theory, someone's gold share could be negative if nobody minds (by taking lots of gear and promising to take less next time).

Hmm... I think I should modify this spreadsheet to also show total "sold + not sold" value rather than just "sold" value. Will do it this weekend.

The plan from here on is to pack everything on the horse, go to the town hall, negotiate what part of the loot belongs to us. Might be it's 5/6, either of what was carried by the opponents or just of everything found, but Anthony wants more than a guess. Most likely no part of the title to the mill, but again, more than a guess is desired. No problem if Fintan tries to negotiate about any of that.

Will ask Sir Lysander Aulbes what he thinks about the ''Wingclipper", the owlbear in the forest, and what are his future plans.

Then will collect the reward(s), return stuff, split stuff and sell stuff. I'll do the bookkeeping. Negotiable prices or just the standard 50%?

Since we're doing the sums now, I'll confirm that the party gets to keep 100% of the items etc found. The Crown will keep the title to the mill. Even though the MW longswords and MW studded leather technically belonged to Lysanders late henchmen they are still included in party loot (either by way of direct gift or their sale value as a cash equivalent bonus reward). Sale value for everything is the standard 50%.

And u-b for one of the lots of loot I see you have a 6th participant listed (perhaps Ghini?). Don't worry about including her. The loot only has to be allocated over the 5 party members.
