Monster Advancement site?

Is there a web application, hopefully fully web-based and not downloadable, installable, rather usable remotely from any desktop that let's you advance a monster's hitdice and eventually challenge rating?

This is for our DM since, I am his player and should not be doing his BAB and save and skill point advancement for him.

From what I know, you're either going to have to do it by hand or make your own widget. What you're talking about is a very specialized type of program, and it's really not surprising considering that while the process is fairly easy, it requires quite a bit of intuition and judgement on the CR portion. A computer based program is simply not going to be able to make that call correctly all the time.
