Gray Guards and Paladins...

First off, I'd like to say that I didn't start this thread for a debate over the morality of the GG. There's already a thread for that.

Anyways, I just had some questions on Pally and GG levels. Do they stack for everything, such as special mounts and smiting, or just Blackguard levels? I don't have the Complete Scoundrel at hand, and the only mention of stacking that comes to mind is for Blackguard levels.

They stack for all purposes.

Lay On Hands stacks fully.

Smite Evil stacks, you get uses at 3rd and 8th level.

You get +1 level of existing divine spellcasting every even level.

Levels of gray guard count as levels of paladin for blackguard conversion.

No mention is made of any other paladin feature stacking.

If you use it as presented i think they stack. Changing it to be like a blackgaurd is decussed on the other thread.

Everything that the class stacks, stacks.

And Gray Guard is good as it is. No alignment changes required. See other thread to understand why.
