    Where can I find these feats/abilities?

    -Slight Build racial ability.
    (There were more, but I found them already.)

    There's a Devastating Critical feat in the Epic Level Handbook, but I haven't heard of any of the others.

    Well, two of them I found out were homebrewed Feats.
    Maybe that slight build is too.

    There is the powerful build racial feature that treats a creature as a size larger for qualifying for feats, classes, etc.
