Not legally, so no. $15 from DriveThru. It's a fun game, why not pay for it?

because i think it is too much to just a pdf and also too much for what i gain per month. Gaining money isn't easy in my country.

We cannot help you with or endorse piracy. It's unfortunate, but if the game is worth having it's worth having legitimately.

You could go the alternate route of a friend and benefactor getting it for you? I have a GM who gets so excited for things he has to be stopped from ordering the books for the most recalcitrant players to convince them.
