Default Spontaneous Casting Druid, No Wildshaping. Tier 2?

Pretty much what it says on the box. Take away the Druid's wildshaping, and switch him from a prepared caster to a spontaneous caster.

The Druid's spell list is supposed to be weaker than the Cleric or Wizard/Sorcerer list, but I don't know if that's still true after 15 years of splatbooks and bookdiving.

If by "spontaneous caster," you mean something like the sorcerer, then yeah, you'll get a weaker-but-still-textbook T2: all the power of a T1 casting list, but without the versatility.
