Anti-magic fields and Divine Smites from Paladin

Would a paladin or warlock still be able to do Divine or Eldritch Smites in an Anti-magic field?

Nope. It's magic, so it doesn't work in a AMF.

If it consumes a spell slot, it is magical and doesn't work in an AMF.

Limited by the wording of the Anti magic field spell, there is nothing to state that Divine Smite is explicitly affected, as it not a spell, or explicitly magical effect.

It's powered by a spell slot. Its magical. It doesnt work.
