    Wavecrest Gnome

    A gnome race that charts the endless blue, the wavecrest gnomes are a sea loving people that sign up to the seagoing vessels of other races, and have a natural bond with creatures of the sea such as gulls, puffins, cormorants, pelicans and ducks, and also with otters.
    As a wavecrest gnome, you have the following features

    Ability Score Increase - Your Dexterity increases by 1
    Oceans Tongue - You can talk with sea going birds and mammals. Wavecrest gnomes often have seabirds or otters as companions
    Sculpter of Water - You know the shape water cantrip. Intelligence is the casting modifier
